Plot: In Louisville, Kentucky, a black Toyota Camry drives around children in the suburbs. Monica Bryce and her mother, Gail, are playing with Monica’s younger son in the park while her two other children are playing hide-and-seek. Gail video records her grandson on the phone, and Monica sees when her seven-year-old Charlotte is kidnapped by the Camry in the footage. She calls 911, and the operator, Cici, reports to Sgt Phil Casey, who reluctantly releases the Amber Alert since the plate was not captured by the video and Camry is a popular car.
